4. Acrylic is an injection-molded bottle with poor chemical resistance. Generally, it cannot be directly filled with paste. It needs to be plugged by an inner tank. Filling is not easy to overfill, preventing paste from entering between the inner tank and the acrylic bottle. In order to avoid cracks, the packaging requirements are higher during transportation. It looks particularly obvious after being scratched, the permeability is high, and the upper wall feels very thick, but the price is quite expensive.

5. AS, ABS: AS has better transparency and toughness than ABS.

6. Mold development cost: 1500-4000 yuan for blow molds, 8000-20000 yuan for injection molds, stainless steel molds are more expensive than alloy materials, but durable. Multiple molds can be produced at one time. For the production volume demand, if the production volume is large, you can choose a four-mode or six-mode mold, and the customer can decide by himself.

7. The order quantity is generally 30,000 to 10,000, and the color can be customized. Usually the main color is frosted and magnetic white, or adding pearl powder effect. Although the bottle cap is matched with the master of the same color, sometimes it is also because of the bottle cap. Depending on the material used, the colors displayed are somewhat different.

8. There are ordinary ink and UV ink for silk screen printing. UV ink has better effect, gloss and three-dimensional effect. It should be printed during production to confirm the color. Screen printing will work differently on different materials.

9. The processing technology of hot stamping and hot silver is different from that of printing gold powder and silver powder. The material is hard and the surface is smooth, which is more suitable for hot stamping and hot silver. The hot stamping effect on the soft surface is not good, and it is easy to fall off. The gloss of hot stamping silver is better than that of stamping gold and silver.

10. The negative film of silk screen printing should be made as a negative film, the picture and text effect should be black, and the background color should be transparent. The proportion of text and pattern should not be too small or too thin, otherwise the printing effect will not be effective.

11. Bottle caps are generally equipped with inner gaskets, pull caps and inner plugs. Few are equipped with small spoons or droppers. This is mainly due to its tightness and ease of use.
